The management of the Company with the textile background could not keep pace with the ever dynamic and volatile finance market and could not achieve desired result. The management found dealing in finance and investments related product is not their core strength and therefore now the management of the Company is frying fo come out of it. The Company needs fo raise fund not only for starting new business but also for repayment of few existing loan creditors which are required to be paid off. The management of the Company wants to venture into business of manufacturing and trading in textile and establish itself in the domestic textile market and then foray into export markeitn years to come.

The Company proposes to manufacture Knitted and Woven Fabrics of Superior Quality. Knitted Fabrics and Woven Fabrics would be sold in the domestic market as well as exported to various countries. It wants to locate its plant at Silvasa in the Union Territory. The Company also proposes to start trading in high end fancy fabrics. There is a vast market of fancy fabrics in India. The Company wants to enter and establish itself in the market as a trader. Thereafter the Company has planned to enter in the Readymade Garment Section via e-commerce. The Company will make shirts and ladies garments and the same will be sold exclusively via its portal. The management of the Company foresees a great future in the e-commerce segment. The management of the Company will target the younger generation and executive class people for its readymade garments through publicity and advertisement throughout India.

The company wants to employ latest machineries to ensure efficiency and high quality of finished products. It plans to have computerized design facility that enables execution of a wide range of designs with precision and low wastage. Latest technology will help us ensure better capacity utilisation, greater flexibility, better quality and lower downtime, leading to greater efficiencies and lower production costs.
